Add a default setting not to import earlier imported records if you connect an import slot to a project

When I am connecting an import slot to a project which already contains records, I would like to have a default setting that these records are not imported into my project.
As a safety, that should be a specific setting that I have to change in order for old records to be imported into my project as well.
