Make the unsubscribe page a customizable information page

I want to use a specific text on the unsubscribe landing page. This is now a system page.
It would be better if this is a customizable page, where the text shown can be portal / project specific and the reasons for unsubscribing shown can be changed or even be turned off completely so the respondent will only need to confirm they want to unsubscribe.
