Below the overview screen of audit. The name seems to reflect a database ID, but this is not recognizable for me as a user.

When audits are listed the name should reflect something that is easy to understand.

I would suggest:

• Date that the audit started
• Collaborator account that started the audit (owner)
• Date the audit was completed
• Option to show certain fields from the audit, for example:
  • Question in audit: name of location
  • Question in audit: audit type
    • Sustainability
    • Management
    • Compliance
    • Etc.
• Date that the audit needs to be completed
