The log should be available in the log tab.

When a definition column name is changed, then it should be registered in the log.

The log should contain:

• Date and time of the change
• Name of the account that made the change
• Name of the header before the change
• Name of the header after the change
• Name of the mapped database definition, if the column definition is already mapped to the project.
