WISH: option to publish an import slot to a user/ user group

Please make it possible to publish an import slot to a user/ user group, just like you can publish a project or dashboard.
Why: with an import slot that updates multiple projects (like Coop, USG) you don’t want all administrators to access that import slot and be able to break the import. By being able to publish it, you can restrict access.
