The active cases are assigned to a period based on ‘created date’. When a respondent is invited in September and starts the questionnaire in October, the results are added to September. This means that results still change after a period (e.g. a quarter) is finished and reported. So it is possible that a team meets its targets the day after the quarter has ended and one week later the targets are not met anymore.
It is very important to us that the actives are assigned to the period when the questionnaire is (partially) completed.
