The drop-down option to select a different language only shows 3 options, when more than 3 languages are available, there is a very tiny scroll bar within the drop-down, which is very difficult to select. And on a touch screen, selecting the bar and sliding it interferes with main screen.

Please change this to how multiple languages can be selected in the portal.
