Rich Text Editor for Description Field
A Rich Text Editor is now available in the description field of the Comment Box question page, positioned below the question and above the response area.
Users can format their instructions using options such as bold and italic text, bullet points, hyperlinks, and visual indicators. This helps highlight important information and improve readability for respondents.
Pre-built, Customizable Templates
A set of pre-built templates is now available within the description field to help users get started quickly. These templates provide structured formats for common use cases and can be fully customized based on specific requirements.
This reduces the effort required to create well-structured instructions while still giving users full flexibility to modify content as needed.
Improved Instruction Clarity
