Our knowledgebase serves as a manual for our product CYS and offers best practices to optimize your setup.
To answer all questions you might have we offer different types of assistance. If you have any questions on how to use the product please check our knowledge center. Since you’re reading this article, you have probably found it already but just to be certain:
- You can access the knowledgebase by clicking on the question mark in the right top corner of your portal. It is labelled “help and support” and looks like this:
- Another way of reaching our knowledgebase is by accessing it through our website www.cys.group and click Support. You will be directed to our support section of our website where you’ll find our knowledge base by clicking the accompanying image.
All support articles are categorized, and you can browse through the articles using a keyword in the smart search bar to find the solution article that matches your question.
If the information you need cannot be found in any of the articles, or if you think an article is incomplete, please drop us a note via firstname.lastname@example.org or create a ticket.
