Our knowledge base serves as a manual for CYS portals and offers best practices to optimize your setup.
To answer all questions you might have we offer different types of assistance. If you have any questions on how to use the product please check our knowledge center. Since you’re reading this article, you have probably found it already but just to be certain:
- You can access the knowledge base by clicking on the question mark in the right top corner of your portal. It is labelled “help and support” and looks like this:
- Another way of reaching our knowledge base is by accessing it through our website support.cys.group or through our company website www.cys.group where you click Support at the top of the page. You will be directed to our support website where our knowledge base is directly on the homepage.
All support articles are categorized on functionality and you can browse through the articles using a keyword in the smart search bar to find the solution article that matches your question.
If the information you need cannot be found in any of the articles, or if you think an article is incomplete, please drop us a note via firstname.lastname@example.org or create a ticket so we can get back to you at the earliest.
