More often than not, this is a browser related issue and needs to be fixed by the user him/herself.
Generally speaking, one of the following actions should help you get back on track and fix the browser issues for you.
- Refresh your screen by simultaneously pressing CTRL + F5.
- Clear you cache and cookies.
