When you create a project and open the questionnaire, there are a few default pages already set up for you. Now, you are able to add additional pages to create your actual questionnaire. To add a new page, click the Add New Page icon at the top of your left side menu.
You are then presented with a widget, in which you can select the desired page type.
Start by filling out the Page Name. This is a required field. Make sure to use a unique name to recognize the page while editing your questionnaire. Next, select the page type you would like to use. There are three different options:
Finally, click Add to insert the page into your questionnaire.
