In this article we provide you with a variety of html-documents that can be used as a template for your trigger mails.
A trigger mail can be set up in the data garden, in the section Mutating Records on the Rules tab.
Whenever a specific condition within the data set of a particular project is met, this notification e-mail is triggered and sent out. The templates can be further styled using the html/css editor to match your company branding.
To get you started, the following templates are available:
