In the reporting section of your portal, you can create many dashboards with different widgets, options, and reporting possibilities. One of those possibilities is a response dashboard.  In this dashboard you can use several table widgets and each widget will represent a moment of your project. Here below you can find which moment of your project can represented in the widget:

  • Imported records
  • Imported with email present in the file
  • Records that were blacklisted
  • Records that were temporarily excluded
  • Records that weren't blacklisted or temporarily excluded
  • Records that were sent
  • Respondents that didn't started the questionnaire
  • Respondents that started the questionnaire but didn't completed
  • Respondents that completed the questionnaire
  • The total percentage of the completed questionnaire

Imported records

The widget imported records, will show the total amount of imported records in your project.

With the period filter you can choose how to show your results, per year, month, week etc. You can also show how many periods back you want display in your widget for example 1, 2, 3, 4 months etc.

Imported with email present in the file

When importing your datafile, it can always happen that some records are missing email addresses.

In that case the widget Records with an email address will show a lower number than the Records imported. When no email addresses are missing both widgets will show the exact same number as shown in the picture.

Records that are blacklisted

After sending your invitations, it can happen that the respondent doesn't want to answer the questionnaire and doesn't want to receive anymore. In this case they can blacklist themselves with the blacklist button available in the invite/invitation. This widget will show you the total amount of respondents that blacklisted themselves.

Records that were temporarily excluded

Let's use an simple example to explain this widget: If your datafile contains multiple records with the same email address, the system will detect and prevent this email address from receiving multiple invitations. Only one record will be sent out and all the other records with the same email address will temporary excluded.

Records that weren't blacklisted or temporarily excluded

The records that weren't backlisted or temporarily excluded are the records that  are ready to be send.

This widgets shows the total number of records which are ready to be sent out.

These records are checked by the system if they contain an email address that is temporary excluded or blacklisted.

Records that were sent

This widget will show the total amount of records with an invitation send out.

Respondents that didn't started the questionnaire

After your invitations are send out there are 3 different statuses:

New: The invite was sent out, but the respondent never started the questionnaire

Active: The invite was sent out, the respondent started the questionnaire, but never finished it.

Completed: The invite was sent out, the respondent started and finished the questionnaire.

The widget Records not started show number of records with the status New.

Respondents that started the questionnaire but didn't completed

This widget shows the number of records with the status Active. The respondent clicked on the invitation link but never finished the questionnaire.

Respondent that completed the questionnaire

In this widget will show the total of respondents that are classified as "Completed". Those are the respondents that completed the questionnaire.

The total percentage of the completed questionnaire
