This article explains about the IP's that need to be whitelisted for the portal, servers and administrator of CYS to be able to access your own SFTP-server

The IP-addresses that need to be whitelisted have different uses and purposes.
The portal needs to be able to make a connection to import your data files.
The ETL-server needs to make a connection to transform your data.
The CYS administrator and IT-employees need access for setup reasons.
IP-addresses
For the portal to be able to import the datafiles on your SFTP-server the following addresses need to be whitelisted:
