New overview screens

The new release provides customers and employees more transparent insights in their data as well as improved designs of the overview screens.

Benefits

We have updated the designs of our overview screens. Not only are they more pleasing to the eye, but the actual insights are transparent and make it possible to see if everything in your projects running smoothly.

These new functionalities make it a lot easier to manage the data without having to deepdive into import logs, database or response dashboards.

Overview screens

Sources:

The widgets of the sources have been resized to a standard 3*3 grid size. You can resize the widget at will at any given time, or reposition it, by clicking the edit button in the top right corner of your screen.

Please note that if you resize the widget to less than 3*3, the widget will not show all available information in the resized view.

The source is checked for new data every hour. If there is any change in the amount of records in the source, the count gets updated along with the graph and the last refreshed timestamp in the bottom right corner of the widget.

The graphs show the total amount of records in the source. You can choose to look at the data over a period of 7 days or 7 weeks.

Database:

The widgets of the database have been resized to a standard 4*4 grid size. You can resize the widget at will at any given time, or reposition it, by clicking the edit button in the top right corner of your screen.

If you click on one of the bars you will zoom in and get a more detailed overview of how the data of that period entered the database. For instance by means of Open Link, Project Planner, Forms & Checklists or a particular import source.

The graphs show the total amount of records that are added to the database in a particular period, together with the status of these records. Records with the status "New" are indicated by the color grey, "Actives" are orange and "Completed" records are green in color. If no records are processed on a particular day, the bar will remain empty, in a light grey color.
The charts are presented in a different way for each research area, to provide administrators with the best view as per the type of research. Next to the division new/active/completed, the Organization widgets aslo show the total records that are still open and remained uncompleted within a certain period.
