Resetting your credentials

Admin or guru users that log in via MFA are sent a code to their phone via SMS or receive this on their phone via an authentication app. After a one-time setup, our software remembers the phone number and app credentials associated with the account.

If you wish to switch phone numbers or the type of authenticator app that is linked to your account, you can easily do so by clicking on the hamburger menu in the top right corner of your screen and choose Security Settings.

You will land upon a page that has your phone number stored and the status of your authentication app. If you wish to make any changes to these settings, simply click the “Reset credentials” button and the next time you log in you will be asked to once again complete the registration process. As a part of the registration process you will be able to reset the credentials for your authentication app and your phone.

In case you have been locked out of your account and you need to reset these credentials, you can request an administrator to reset your account for you. The administrator can do so in the User List, by selecting the particular account and clicking on the action button and choose “Reset Credentials” (this replaces the old “Reset Password” option)
