We are happy to announce that another new version of the CYS software has been released. This version offers users a module concerning retention settings.  

This module offers the possibility of an automatic cleanup of excess records from your dataview, making your database and source less voluminous with unused records and removing personal data of those records at the same time.

Improvement

The improvements this new module offers are:

• Retention settings imports
  These settings ensures that records will automatically be marked for removal from the source, any selected number of days after they have been created.
  
  
• Retention settings database
  These settings ensures that records will automatically be marked for removal from the database, any selected number of days after they have been created. Different settings can be applied for blacklisted/excluded records, records that didn't receive an invitation and records of which the questionnaire never got initiated.
  
  
• Retaining marked records
  Records that have been marked for deletion can be retained indefinitely by clicking the Retain option under the Actions button in the dataview or until you delete them manually
