We are happy to announce that another new version of the CYS software has been released. This version contains several upgrades for dashboard widgets.
Line Chart
In addition to the period compare widget in column view, we now offer a line chart view as well. The line chart provides you with a blink-of-the-eye overview of the trend in your score over a set amount of time. Color indicators in the chart itself make clear if you are dealing with a positive or negative trend.
Pie Chart
The well known pie chart has been given a new look and feel and in addition, is accompanied by a donut chart option as well. It is now possible to place fixed colors to different segments, allowing for easy color coding in your reporting. To improve the readability of the different segments, a pie or donut chart automatically shifts to a table view if it is divided into more than 8 segments.
Conversation Widget
The conversation widget now comes with an automatic grouping of answers. This makes sure you don’t have to scroll endlessly or set up multiple conversation widgets separately. You can leaf through the answers simultaneously in three different looks. We also added an entire library of standard icons that are customizable in your preferred color, to have your widget match your corporate identity!
