Release notes 10/30/2024

We are happy to announce another update to our CYS Software, this time targeted specifically to the Reports module (PowerPoint generator). The following changes are included:


New features:


  • A limit can now be set to a number of open answer tables to show on maximum.

  • Red/green/blue percentages of KPI calculations are now automatically calculated and can be reported on in a graph.

  • Category count is now an option as a main datatype next to category percentage.

  • A minimum amount of characters to be present in order for a dataview table to represent this as a viable result can now be set.

  • Is not can now be used as a filter value for both the global filters as the calculation filters in the pptx itself.

  • Only one slice as a pie chart in terms of percentages can be shown.

  • The look and feel of the pptx plugin, both in icons and alignment has been improved.

  • New fieldpicker options can be applied to the report email (Generated date)

  • All is now a period to report on, meaning a calculation will take place over the entire database.

  • A bubble chart reporting option has been added, in favor of cross analysis



Improvements:


  • Report runs are blocked from taking place if no template is available.

  • The number of generated reports in some cases was incorrect. This has been rectified now.

  • Recipient lists are now filtered against the global filter that is set on the General tab. This ensures that only relevant recipients for this widget are shown, thereby reducing the size of the list and making it easier to work with.

  • Sorting in columns for date type fields now occurs chronologically instead of alphabetically.

  • Legends belonging to graphs now show the correct labels.
