We are happy to announce that another new version of the CYS software has been released. This version mainly focusses on new reporting possibilities.
General
After logging in all users, Guru, Admin and Collaborator, now land on the newly designed landing page.
We fixed an issue where some users that got automatically logged out of the portal due to inactivity, experienced a login page that loaded continuously until refreshed.
Dashboard
We improved on the open answer popup for kpi widgets. In case reporting on percentages is being performed, the popup will now show the scores in their respective colors and the user is able to filter on positives, negatives and neutrals now.
We added rolling periods as an option to report on, for both weekly and monthly reporting. For example: Instead of the regular reporting per three months: 2024 Sep– 2024 Nov 2024 Jun – 2024 Aug 2024 Mar– 2024 May We have now added its rolling counterpart: 2024 Sep– 2024 Nov 2024 Aug – 2024 Oct 2024 Jul – 2024 Sep This new period option can be activated for your portal in the portal management settings, in the Reporting periods tab, by adding them to your list of allowed periods for dashboarding.
Dashboards of which the overview switch are turned off now automatically get unpublished.
We have fixed an issue where the period year and period range option in the widget dropdown exceeded the limits set in portal management.
Reporting
We made some improvements on the recently added bubble chart, so it also supports compare values.
Rolling periods are now also available in pptx reports.
Mobile Apps
We have prolonged the active automated logout period for mobile use.
We fixed an issue specifically related to specific versions of the Safari browser, where they had to double click the answers of a kpi type question page.
