We have released a new version of our software which contains minor bugfixes and improvements in several areas of the system.
General
We have optimized the login process for SSO users. If only one SSO provider is allowed on the portal, the selection click is no longer necessary. When opening the portal url, you are automatically redirected to the login page of the available SSO provider (Microsoft, Google or Apple). For portals that use the default login method or that allow multiple login methods, no changes will be applied.
Dashboard
An improvement has been implemented for table widgets that use additional To-Date options (YTD, QTD, MTD). Previously, the To-Date periods were leading in determining which compare values should show. However, this meant that some values were not included if they only have historic data instead of also current data. This is now corrected to ensure values are shown if they have results in either the To-Date period, or in the regular periods shown.
Fixed a bug where the code tab of the HTML widget was not rendering correctly.
Expanded the functionality for rolling periods, so its now also possible to use these on Category Percentage calculations.
Fixed a bug on KPI widgets, where decimal settings were also applied on the categories red/green/blue, hampering the readability.
Respondent view
The root cause question page applied a fixed light blue color to the dropdown arrows. These arrows now also adhere to the color template of the questionnaire, for an improved look and feel.
We optimized the responsiveness of the questionnaire on mobile devices. A few specific browser versions, in combination with certain devices, were not recognized as being a mobile device. It would therefore show the questionnaire in web view instead of mobile view. This is now resolved.
The previous and next buttons are now always aligned to the left / right of the screen, regardless of the presence of a progress bar. Before, start pages and question pages without a progress bar would show the buttons in the middle. By always aligning them to the side there is more consistency, and more ease of use on mobile devices.
Case management
Canned responses now allow for inserting images, for example to add a logo to a response template.
The HTML editors within case management allow for an enlarged view, for easier editing. Within this enlarged view, resizing images was not possible. This option is now added.
When setting up a new case management system, there are now a few example default rules present to allow for an easier and quicker setup of your system. The rules can be edited or removed like regular rules to ensure full customization remains possible.
Reports
We have further optimized the safety settings for generating Reports on a schedule, to ensure they automatically get requested again if they encounter an issue on the initial run, but avoid getting generated multiple times within a single run.
