This release includes targeted updates to dashboard layout behaviour, answer-based routing, export accuracy, and filter logic. These changes aim to improve consistency and reliability when configuring questionnaires, applying filters, and reviewing visual outputs.
1. Improvements to Questionnaire Logic and Routing
Answer-Based Routing to Copied Pages
Fixed an issue where routing from root cause pages did not work correctly if the destination was a copied matrix question. The system now applies routing rules as expected, regardless of whether the page was newly created or duplicated.
Support for Event Rule Names with Spaces
You can now use spaces in Event-Based Rule names without causing errors. This makes it easier to label rules clearly.
Priority Matrix Export Correction
Fixed incorrect rendering of negative values and neutral smileys when exporting the Priority Matrix to Image, PDF, or Excel. All export formats now match the in-dashboard display.
Matrix Page Copying Now Fully Syncs Content
When you copy a Single Matrix question page, the question text, answers, descriptions, and images now update automatically, avoiding manual cleanup steps
Collaborative Publishing Stability
Previously, Event-Based Rules could occasionally disappear if multiple users were editing a questionnaire and one set it live. This scenario is now handled properly — rules remain intact across all users.
2. Dashboard Improvements
Widget Order Display Consistency
Widgets now appear in the same layout-defined sequence across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). This fixes inconsistencies where widget order followed creation sequence on certain screens.
Updated Growth Indicators in Widgets
Growth indicators now display clearly and consistently:
Green for positive growth
Red for negative growth
Orange for neutral (zero)
Grey for no data
This applies to Iconized Widgets, Simple Tile, and the Research KPI Widget.
Cleaned Up Growth Display in Specific Widgets
Removed unnecessary percentage values previously shown next to flags in “Highest Climber” and “Fall” widgets. Growth values now appear only in the intended position.
Period Label Layout Fixed for the Highest Climb/Biggest Fall widget
Period labels at the bottom of widgets no longer overlap with the widget edge, even when using long text or custom fonts.
Freeze Filter Behaviour Adjusted
Resolved an issue where applying a Freeze Filter would override non-editable filters. Now, locked filters remain active, and Freeze Filters apply in addition to them, not in place of them.
Text Formatting Preview Resolved
Fixed an issue where using bold, italic, or underline in the “Additional Information” field caused unintended line breaks in previews. Styling now renders cleanly in a single line.
What You Need to Know
No manual action is required
These updates affect only the areas listed above — known issues in other parts of the system are still being tracked separately
