1. Questionnaire Builder Improvements
Duplicate Labels on Option Deletion
Resolved an issue where deleting an option from a matrix question page led to duplicate labels when new options were added.
Improved Copy-Paste for Rule Engine Fields
Copying and pasting into dynamic rule engine fields now automatically strips formatting and pastes content as plain text. A note has also been added to avoid using double quotes when creating new text fields.
Root Cause Page Navigation Fix
Fixed a scenario where users could become stuck on the root cause page during questionnaire configuration.
2. Dashboard and Reporting Fixes
Special Character Handling in Filters
Optimized support for special characters — comma, full stop, apostrophe, and dash — across dashboard filters, widget filters, and account-based filters to prevent misinterpretation or filter mismatch.
Timezone Alignment for Midnight Completions
Resolved a reporting mismatch caused by the data grid using UTC while questionnaire records followed the portal’s local timezone. This ensures consistent daily reports for responses submitted around midnight.
