The updates focus on restoring reliable interactions, correcting HTML and SVG rendering issues, and improving responsiveness in commonly used areas of the platform to ensure a smoother and more consistent user experience.
1. Email and System Template Rendering Improvements
Correct HTML Rendering in Email Scheduler and Reminder Mail
Resolved an issue where HTML tags were being escaped in email templates. Valid HTML content now renders correctly in Email Scheduler templates, Reminder Mail templates, and respondent links shared via email, ensuring properly formatted emails with functional links.
HTML Escaping Fix in DRE Trigger Templates
Corrected similar HTML escaping issues in Database Rule Engine (DRE) trigger templates. HTML content in system-generated emails is now interpreted and displayed as intended.
2. Rule Configuration Action Responsiveness
Restored Action Control Functionality
Fixed issues where action dropdowns, icons, and primary buttons were unresponsive during rule configuration. Controls such as date pickers, condition selectors, Update, Save, FP, and Convert to Expert now function reliably across the affected modules. Affected modules are:
Sources → Rules on import
Questionnaire → DRE rules
Scheduler → Enrollment criteria
Database → Creating, Mutating, and Event-based rules
3. Dashboard Performance Enhancements
Priority Matrix Responsiveness Improvement
Improved the Priority Matrix widget by reducing click delays when navigating tabs, applying filters, and using calendar-based interactions.
Reduced Dashboard Click Delays
Resolved broader dashboard click delay issues to ensure faster and smoother responses across widgets, filters, and calendar interactions.
4. Questionnaire Media Rendering Fix
Restored SVG Visibility in Respondent View
Resolved an issue where SVG images were not displaying in the questionnaire respondent view. All SVGs added to the Media Library—both before and after the October update—now load and display correctly, ensuring consistent questionnaire presentation for respondents.
