Release notes March 2026 (Batch 1)

Product Update – Authentication, Mobile Stability, API Improvements, and Questionnaire Reliability

Overview

This release includes improvements across authentication, mobile dashboards, public API functionality, data import validation, questionnaire configuration, and login verification. The updates focus on improving system reliability, strengthening access security, and ensuring a more consistent experience across portals, mobile devices, APIs, and questionnaires.

1. Authentication and Access Security Improvements

Microsoft SSO Login Handling

Improved Microsoft SSO login behaviour to ensure correct authentication options are displayed across portals. Users who were not part of a portal will no longer experience blank screens or “bad request” errors during login, resulting in a more reliable login experience.

Collaborator Email Verification Enforcement

The collaborator login flow now requires email verification to be completed before users can continue. The Continue action remains unavailable until verification is successful, improving access control and onboarding security.

Login Verification Continue Button

Resolved an issue where pressing the Enter key after entering a verification code did not allow users to proceed. Users can now continue using either the Enter key or the Continue button, ensuring a smoother login verification process.

2. Mobile Dashboard and Access Visibility Improvements

Mobile Dashboard Widgets Loading

Resolved an issue where mobile dashboards showed a continuous loading indicator and widgets did not display results. Dashboards now load correctly and widgets display data as expected on both iOS and Android devices.

Blacklist Overview Visibility for Guru Users

Fixed an issue where Guru users with the correct permissions saw a blank Blacklist overview screen. Users can now properly view and manage both Exclusion and Blacklist sections.

3. Public API Improvements and Documentation Accuracy

Public API – Scheduler Open Links Endpoint

Introduced a new public API endpoint that allows retrieval of open-invite scheduler links with multiple filtering options. The endpoint includes request validation, API key security, and consistent response structures to support reliable external integrations.

4. Data Import and Questionnaire Improvements

Hidden Sheet Import Validation

The system now checks whether the first worksheet in an Excel file is hidden before processing imports. If a hidden sheet is detected, the import is stopped and an error message is logged. This validation applies to Manual Upload, SFTP, OneDrive, and Dropbox imports.

Field Picker Placement in Questionnaire Builder

Corrected the field picker behaviour so fields are inserted only at the selected cursor position. If no cursor is selected, the system now shows a notification instead of inserting the field in an unintended location.

Matrix Answer Options Visibility in Respondent View

Resolved an issue where matrix question answer options were not visible in certain scenarios. Answer options now display correctly, selections work as expected, and responses are saved properly.
