Release notes September 2026 (Batch 1)

Product Update – Pipelines, Flexible Overview Views and Table Improvements

Overview

This release introduces Pipelines for automated data flows, including support for scheduled AFAS imports. For AFAS users, scheduled imports can reduce repeated manual handling.

The release also introduces additional view options across supported overview pages and usability improvements to tables throughout the portal. These enhancements give users more flexibility in how they manage data, navigate overview pages and work with records.

  1. Pipelines and AFAS Integration

What is a Pipeline?

A Pipeline is an automated flow that connects data-processing steps in CYS, such as retrieving, preparing and importing data.

What is AFAS?

AFAS is an external system from which data can be retrieved and processed through CYS Pipelines.

Scheduled Pipeline Processing

A Pipeline can start automatically based on its configured schedule and perform the configured steps in sequence.

Each run provides status and log information so Guru/Admin users can review what happened during the process.

AFAS Integration

Pipelines support AFAS connections to and from the platform.

AFAS data can be retrieved through an API configured in AFAS and prepared for further use in CYS.

The AFAS import can run automatically based on the configured Pipeline schedule.

Pipeline Availability and Access

Pipelines are available to all customers.

Guru/Admin users have access to Pipelines.

Status and Error Handling

Each Pipeline run provides status and log information.

If an error occurs, a separate action can be configured, such as sending a notification, depending on the Pipeline setup.

How Pipelines help

Pipelines allow configured data-processing steps to run together in one scheduled flow instead of being handled separately.

For customers using AFAS, this supports recurring data processing between AFAS and CYS according to the configured schedule.

Guru/Admin users can review Pipeline status and logs to see what happened during each run.

  1. Additional Views for Overview Pages

Three Overview View Options
Supported overview pages now provide Tile View, Small Tile View and List View

Small Tile View is the default view, and users can switch between the available views directly from the overview page.

Views Available Across Multiple Modules
The additional view options are available in Datagarden, Pipelines, Research, Webwidgets, Reporting, Case Management and Raibot.

Save One View Across Supported Overviews
By default, the selected view is also used across other supported overview pages. This allows users who prefer the same layout to use one selected view across the supported modules.

Save a Different View for Each Module
Users who prefer different views for different modules can enable "Save list mode per overview screen" from My profile. After updating the profile, each supported overview page can retain its own selected view.

Pin Important Items
Items can be pinned or unpinned in all available overview views. Pinned items are shown at the top of the overview, and the pin selection remains available after refreshing the page and after signing in again.

How this improves your overview experience
The additional overview options give users more flexibility in how information is displayed and managed across supported modules. Users can choose between Tile View, Small Tile View and List View depending on how they prefer to work with the information on the page.

Users can keep one preferred view across supported modules or choose to save a different view for each module. Important items can be pinned to the top, search can be used to locate items within the overview, and item information remains consistent when switching between views.

  1. Table UI and Usability Improvements

Updated Table Design
Tables across the portal have received visual and usability improvements where applicable. These include updated icons, clearer pagination controls, improved filtering and improved scrolling.

The table layout has been enhanced so records and page actions at the bottom remain visible within the screen, reducing the need for vertical scrolling.

Selected Row Highlighting
When a row is selected using its checkbox, the complete row is highlighted using the configured portal color. This makes selected records easier to distinguish from unselected records.

Improved Pagination and Navigation
Pagination controls have been updated to make moving between pages clearer. Page selection, filtering, and scrolling have also been improved for easier navigation when working with table information.

How this improves your table experience
The updated table design provides clearer visual feedback and navigation when working with records across the portal.

Selected rows are easier to recognise through the configured portal color. Updated pagination controls provide clearer navigation between pages, while improvements to filtering, scrolling and selection of checbox help users identify and work with the available table actions and information.

  1. Change to Module Analyse/Dynamic data Availability

Module Analyse/Dynamic data Standard Availability
As part of ongoing product optimization, Module Analyse/Dynamic data is no longer included in the standard release.

Customers who do not use Module Analyse/Dynamic data do not need to take any action. Customers who require this functionality can contact Support for guidance on continued use.
