We are proud to announce this new release regarding our CYS Software. This release is targeted towards security, especially with regards to the login process, combining an improved security with user friendliness and efficiency:

• We’ve upgraded our login protocols for your regular login. As per default Collaborators now log in using OTP (one-time password) and Admin and Guru users log in using MFA (multi-factor authentication)
  
  
• For an even more secure way of logging in, Admin users can decide to give Collaborators MFA login access as well.
  
  
• It is now possible to connect your existing login credentials from Microsoft, Google and Apple and login via SSO (single sign-on). In addition we’ve also implemented means of allowing for a custom SSO for your own corporate network.
  
  
• Login pages are now tailored to match the portal’s look and feel and will therefore support your own company branding.
  
  
• To minimize unauthorized access on unattended devices we now make use of session management. This makes sure that after a certain amount of time of inactivity a user will be logged off automatically.
  
  
• We implemented a new default design for emails that are sent from the portal. This covers activation and reset emails, personal invitation emails, trigger e-mails and reporting emails. Please note: all of the emails that are currently being used remain as they are.
